🔐 Secure Processing

Your photos are processed exclusively on secure EU-based servers. We use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) to ensure your images are protected during upload and processing.

🗑️ Automatic Photo Deletion

All uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted within 72 hours of being added to your cart. We don’t keep your photos—once 72 hours have passed, they’re removed from our systems regardless of order status.

🚫 No Marketing Use

We will never use your photos for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without your explicit written permission. Your images are yours alone.

We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable EU data protection laws for all personal data we process.

📦 Order Fulfillment Consent

By uploading an image, you consent to temporary processing solely for creating your custom phone case. This includes:

🎨 AI Photo Transformation

When using our "Transform Photo" feature to apply artistic styles (e.g., Comic Hero, Stylized Me):

✓ Processed via Together AI (SOC 2 certified) ✓ NOT used to train AI models ✓ NOT stored after processing ✓ Encrypted in transit (HTTPS)

Your photo is sent to Together AI's secure servers, transformed, and immediately returned. The original photo and result are only held in your browser's memory during the session. Together AI explicitly states they do not use API inputs/outputs to train models.

🤖 AI Output Liability & Disclaimer

While we strive for high-quality results, AI image generation is an experimental technology with inherent unpredictability. By using the "Transform Photo" feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

✓ Results Vary: AI may produce distorted, inaccurate, or unexpected results ("hallucinations"). ✓ No Malicious Intent: Any perceived offense, mockery, or inappropriate elements are unintentional artifacts. ✓ User Responsibility: You must review your final design before purchasing.

Liability Waiver: You agree not to hold RoboPixel liable for any distress, offense, or damages caused by the content of AI-generated images. We do not offer refunds for "unliked" artistic interpretations once the order is printed.

📋 Your GDPR Rights (Account & Order Data)

While your photos are automatically deleted within 72 hours, you retain full GDPR rights over your account and order information (name, email, address, order history):

⛔ Prohibited Content Policy

For legal and safety reasons, we strictly prohibit uploading:

  • Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content
  • Violence, hate speech, illegal acts, or symbols of hate
  • Copyrighted material (Disney, Marvel, brand logos) you don't own

Violating orders will be automatically cancelled.
